Mr. Robert (Bobby) Merrell Harrell age 70, of Sylacauga passed away Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center. Services will be held Friday, October 19, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Curtis and Son Funeral Home North Chapel with Rev. Mike Owens officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Curtis and Son Funeral Home North Chapel from 5-8 PM.
Mr. Harrell is survived by his wife Mary Harrell of Sylacauga; Daughter, Linde Williams (Michael) of Summerville, SC.; Sister, Marie Walden of Columbus, GA.; A number of extended family members including Brothers and Sisters-in-Laws and nieces and nephews. Also, Mr. Harrell loved his granddogs, Harper and Teena.
Mr. Harrell was a member of Sycamore Baptist Church and a Veteran of the Vietnam War.
Mr. Harrell was preceded in death by his parents Gus and Barbara Harrell; Children, Jamie and Kara Harrell; Sisters, Ann Diller and Martha Ezell; Brothers, Raymond and Tracy Harrell.
The family will receive flowers or donations may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
