Richard Lee Waters

Sylacauga, AL - Richard Lee Waters, 82, died Wednesday, May 6, 2021 at his residence.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Pamela Waters; two daughters, Michelle (Mark) Davis of Lancaster, CA, Jeannine Whitley of Irondale; four grandchildren, Jordan Flenord, Donovan Flenord, Carolyn Davis, Christopher Davis; and a sister, Rita Owen of Roseboro, NC.

Mr. Waters obtained Eagle Scout at the age of 13.
