Sylacauga, AL - Funeral service for Patty G. Smith, 64, will be Sunday, August 11, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Chapel with Bro. Harold Meherg officiating. Burial will be in Macedonia Cemetery in Sylacauga, AL.
Mrs. Smith died Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at Coosa Valley Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Catherine Gissendanner and brother, Donald Gissendanner.
She is survived by her daughter, Alishia Harris; two grandchildren, Hannah Harris, Layela Ashley; brother, John R. Gissendanner; fiance, David Strickland; a special thanks to her nephew, Donald F. Gissendanner Jr.; and best friends, Debbie Atkinson, Suzanne Rayfield, Paula Weldon, and Joan Morris.
Visitation will be Sunday, August 11, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home.
