Melissa Gaines, age 59, of Goodwater, Alabama passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2024.

Melissa is survived by her husband, Robert Sims; children, Dewayne Gaines, James Gaines, Summer Jones (Justin), Felicia Lynn Gaines, Jessica Mae Gaines (DeAnthony); and grandchildren, Kayla Dawn Gaines, Asa Cole Gaines, Kenya Marie Houston, Daylon Marquez Houston, ShaMya Nicole Houston and Gabriel Reign Jones.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
