Sylacauga, AL - Funeral service for Marshall Wayne Hatchett, 76, will be Saturday, November 26, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Weogufka Family Worship Center with Pastor Tommy Thornton and Associate Pastor Phillip Alverson officiating. Burial will be in Weogufka Family Worship Center Cemetery in Weogufka, AL.
Mr. Hatchett died Monday, November 21, 2022 at UAB Hospital. He was preceded in death by his son, Jonathan Britt Hatchett, parents, Marshall & Annie Hatchett, and brother, Earl Hatchett. Wayne Hatchett had a big shop with an open door policy and a big smile that said come on in and sit a while.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Hatchett; son, Trentt (Rachel) Hatchett; two brothers, Bobby Hatchett, Ken (Anita) Hatchett; granddaughter, Jordyn Sims; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Saturday, November 26, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Weogufka Family Worship Center.
