Sylacauga, AL - Harvey L. Campbell, 81, passed away Tuesday, July 6, 2021.
Funeral service will be Thursday, July 8, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Chapel with Bro. Rodney Frost officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Sylacauga, AL. Visitation will be Thursday, July 8, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Harvey was born June 18, 1940 in Titus, Alabama to Harvey L. Campbell Sr. & Mary Agnes Church Campbell. He graduated from Vincent High School. He retired from Kimberly Clark and Bowater in Childersburg.
Harvey is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Jean; their daughter, Tami Campbell Owens (Jason Kornegay); grandchildren, Laken Danielle Owens (Bryce Cook), Chance Campbell Owens; and other family members, Jacob Kornegay, Tucker (Allison) Kornegay, Terri Mize, and Brooklyn Bell.
Harvey loved horses and showed many years in EAHA Western Pleasure Classes. He served many years in various offices in EAHA, also EAHA state representative for AOHA. He also worked many years for SLE, South Eastern Livestock Expo- rodeo in Montgomery.
