Dorothy Jean Blankenship Tyminski

Dorothy is survived by her daughters Tina Tyminski Jacobs (Ken); and Poppy McGrady (Chris); sister Jackie McConatha (Rick); grandchildren Ashley Gable (Jesse), Jacklyn Owings (Taylor), Matt Blackmon, Matt Blackmon, Channing Perry (Justin), Walter Jacobs, and Adrian Bailey, and great grandchildren Cole Gable, Jayden Sims, Jep Sims, John Thomas Gable, Amelia Perry and Dawson Bailey.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband John Tyminski; parents Ralph Jack and Alah Blankenship; and sister Judy Studdard.

A graveside service for Dorothy will be held Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Tallasahatchie Cemetery, Sylacauga, AL. prior to the graveside service there will be a visitation from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Curtis and Son Funeral Home, 1315 Talladega Hwy, Sylacauga, Alabama 35150.

Serving as pallbearers are Matt Blackmon, Rick Haynes, Ronnie Haynes, Taylor Owings, Justin Perry, Walter Jacobs, and Honorary pallbearers, Rick McConatha , Jesse Gable, Dustin Studdard, Chris Haynes and Ronnie McGrady.

The family would like to extend their gratitude for the loving care shown by Southern Care New Beacon Hospice, specifically, Beth, Cathryn, and Christy.
