Dear Betty, Donnie and Rita,

I'm so sorry for the loss of your husband and Daddy.  I know you all, and your families, will miss him so much. 

I have lots of fun memories of us living on Clement Drive and growing up together. We were fortunate to have so many good times when we were younger.

I worked with Ted for 20+ years. He was a great friend, and we shared many memories at Dixie Color and American Color.  Ted was always a jolly person and fun to be around.  He made the work days much more pleasant.  He will be missed by all. Praying for the family at this time.

Betty, Donnie, Rita, and family,
 Ted has been a friend since we first knew each other as rivals on the football field in the 9th grade. He was much respected  as a football player and as a person.
 We had a lot in common with our background as lifeguards, and we had many conversations about our experiences. As neighbors on Clement Drive with children in the same age range, we were drawn closer, and I well remember a trip that he and I made to Birmingham to buy water skis for Rita and Robin.
  RIP Ted, you will be missed by all  who knew you.

You were simply an amazing individual and I'm thankful God gave me you, as my Uncle. Thank you for giving the family the best of who you were, we will forever cherish the memories of our time with you. Having you all these years has been just as magical, as how you were always able to find your finger when you so habitually pulled it off.
