Burial will be in Hollins Cemetery in Hollins, AL.Mr. Grice died Friday, October 21, 2011 at his residence.He is survived by his wife, Vivian Grice of Hollins; son, Charlie Ray (Jake) Grice Jr. of Sylacauga; daughter, Christie Nicole Wilson of Hollins; brother, Mack Grice of Sylacauga; sisters, Sammie Vernon and Brenda Epperson of Sylacauga; grandchildren, Cody Wilson, Kim Wilson and Charleigh Grice.
