Charles William "Billy" Wingfield

Goodwater, AL - Graveside service for Charles William "Billy" Wingfield, 88, will be Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Goodwater Cemetery in Goodwater, AL with Bro. David Bailey officiating.

Mr. Wingfield died Sunday, September 17, 2017 at Bill Nichols Veterans Home in Alexander City. He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha H. Wingfield.

He is survived by his two daughters, Jane (Buddy) Gilliland, and Bonnie (Bill) Riggins; son, Charles (Tammy) Wingfield; five grandchildren, Amy (Beau) Mullins, Adam Gilliland, Andrew (Rayland) Gilliland, Trace Riggins, and Todd Riggins; great-grandchild, Thomas Mullins; and brother, Alan W. (Dianne) Wingfield.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 19, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home in Sylacauga, AL.

In lieu of flowers and food the family asks that donations be made to the ARC, Alzheimer's Association, or the American Cancer Society.
