Charles Randall "Randy" Ivey

Sylacauga, AL. - Charles Randall "Randy" Ivey, age 75, passed away on Wednesday, May 22, 2024.

Randy is survived by his daughter, Debbie White; son, Jeff Ivey; two grandsons, Patrick White (Susan), Cody Ivey (fiancee, Kendall), two great-granddaughters, Lacy Limbaugh, Megan Boddie; great-grandson, JJ Boddie (Alexis); great great-grandson, Harlen Boddie; special sister-in-law that was like a sister, Tommie Marie Hundley; and brother-in-law James "Jim" Burdette that was like a brother.

Randy was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Phyllis Ivey; mother, Christine Ivey; father, E.L. Ivey; son-in-law, Mark White; and grandmother, Pauline McDonald.

Randy was a faithful husband, loving father and grandfather. He was a true and faithful christian that served as a Deacon and taught Sunday School for over 20 years. Randy retired from Vulcan Materials after 30 plus years.

A visitation for Randy will be held Sunday, May 26, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home, 320 North Elm Avenue, Sylacauga, Alabama 35150, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. David Vick officiating.

Randy will be laid to rest in Fayetteville Memorial Cemetery, 5441 Old Fayetteville Rd, Sylacauga, AL 35151.

Serving as pallbearers are Jeff Ivey, Cody Ivey, Patrick White, Reed Calfee, Chris Gilham and Chris Roehrer.
