Billy Wayne Kelley

Billy is survived by his wife, Linda Kelley; his daughter Lori Long (Joe); his sons Billy Shawn Kelley and Chris Kelley (Brittany); his sister Shirley Barker and his brother Manuel Kelley (Jackie); and his grandchildren Tyler Byars, Taylor Byars (Shadoe Stephenson), Caleb Kelley, Tristan Kelley and Zaelyn Kelley.

Billy was preceded in death by his father Dan Kelley Sr. and his mother Myrtle Kelley; his sister Johnny Graves; his brothers Melvin Ray Kelley, Bobby Kelley, Jimmy Kelley and Dan Kelley Jr..

A visitation for Billy will be held Saturday, November 4, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Curtis and Son Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM. Billy will be laid to rest in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery. All services will be officiated by Rev. Jeff Harris and Rev. Cory Harris.

Serving as pallbearers are Tyler Byars, Shadoe Stephenson, Joe Long, Ricky Smith, Jimmy Wayne Kelley, and Manuel Kelley. Serving as alternate pallbearers are Rodney Smith, Bobby Kelley, Nathan Smith and Sammy Kelley.
