Betty Rose Smith

Sylacauga, AL - Funeral service for Betty Rose Smith, 83, will be Friday, July 7, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Chapel with Bro. Donnie Blackmon officiating. Burial will be in Talladega Springs Cemetery in Talladega Springs, AL.

Mrs. Smith died Tuesday, July 4, 2017 at Coosa Valley Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Smith, parents, Walter and Nellie Graham, daughter, Toni Diana Robinson, granddaughter, Kelly Ferguson, 3 sisters and 1 brother.  Mrs. Smith was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed. Special thanks to Dr. Diechman for her care and to Bro. Donnie Blackman for his many visits and prayers.

She is survived by her daughter, Judy (Bill) Gill; son Kenneth Smith; daughter, Sandra (Larry) Ferguson; son, Michael Smith; three grandsons, Brad (Tammy) Gill, Chris (Meredith) Murphy, Nathan (Ellen) Smith; nine granddaughters, Susan (Jamey Milam) Gill, Pam (Adam) Parker, Melanie (Casey) Bice, Lorrie (Galen) Sprayberry, Abbie (Austin) Bender, Christina (Jack) Eades, Sondra (David) Brazier, Kim Ferguson, Cheryl Smith and 19 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday July 7, 2017 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Brad Gill, Chris Murphy, Nathan Smith, Casey Bice, Jack Eades and David Brazier.
