Anna Gowers Davenport

Sylacauga, AL - Funeral service for Anna Gowers Davenport, 59, will be Friday, March 9, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Radney-Smith Chapel with Bro. Eddie Forbus officiating.  Burial will be in Harpersville Cemetery in Harpersville, AL.

Mrs. Davenport passed away on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her father, Dillion L. Gowers; mother, Emma Jean Rushing; and sister, Barbara Kyser.

She is survived by her two sons, Jeffery R. (Candy) Byrd and Andrew D. (Jennifer) Byrd; daughter, Angela L. Curtis; four grandchildren, Cassie Byrd, Jerra Castleberry, Andrew L. Byrd, and Ashley Gooden; three great-grandchildren, Kaven Castleberry, Walker Castleberry, and Macy Castleberry; four brothers, Donnie (Deborah) Rushing, Ronnie (Marilyn) Rushing, Lonnie Rushing, and Sonnie (Karen) Rushing; two sisters, Debbie Hodges and Patsy (Leonardo) Todaro.

Visitation will be Thursday, March 8, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home.
