Victor was a well known and respected member within the communities he has lived. During his lifetime he was known in a variety of professional roles including but not limited to a fisherman, boat builder & carpenter. None of which surpassed his roles as father, grandfather & great-grandfather.
Victor was son to Colin & Isabel (Locke) Campbell and born into a very large and loving family of 24 siblings in Main a Dieu, Cape Breton.
Victor is survived by and will be forever remembered & celebrated by his daughters Nancy (Derek) Eastern Passage & Arlene (James) Catalone; his grandchildren whom he loved and adored beyond measure Brandon (Danica) Elderbank; Alicia, Cole Harbour & Madison, Dartmouth as well as his 2 great grandchildren Corbin and Mirah and partner of many years Donna MacDonald.
Victor is also survived by brothers, Robbie (Loretta), Andrew (Anna Mae), Tommy (Gwen), Frank (Peggy), Raymond (Joanne), Keith (Roseanne), Garfield (Tammy) and sisters, Theresa, Margie and Alice.; in-laws, Yvonne, Melba, Linda, Anita, Graham (Darlene).
He was predeceased by brothers, Greg, Peter, Stephen, Selby, Joey, John Hugh and Jimmy; sisters, Georgina, Ada and Pauline. He also leaves many memories in the hearts of his many nieces & nephews.
He also leaves behind many wonderful friends including his close friend, fishing partner & confidante Gary Hussey.

Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at the Marion Bridge Firehall on Saturday, November 18, 2023 from 4-6.
