Jan 29, 1932 – Feb 9, 2018
God has opened his arms to another special angel, our hearts are overcome with sadness as we announce the passing of Agnes Theresa Miller (Gallaway).
Aggie was a stenographer for a local company before she took the role of homemaker – her true passion. She cherished time spent with her children and the love of her life, Frank. In later years, she enjoyed moments with her grandchildren and great grandchildren; that always put a smile on her face.
For those who knew Aggie well, it was not a surprise to see her out puttering at her flowers, enjoying senior’s day at the casino, working on a crossword puzzle or watching The Price is Right while having her noon cup of tea with Frank. She will always be remembered for her cinnamon rolls- the best in Sydney!!
She leaves behind her daughter Ann Marie (John) Dartmouth; sons; Jim (Dianna) and Robert (Natalie) both of Sydney; Tom (Debbie) Dartmouth; Joe (Alison) Sackville and John (Wendy) Ottawa; 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; brother Tom Gallaway and her best friend Christina Gallaway. She was predeceased by her husband Frank; parents Bernard and Anastasia Gallaway; sisters Marg; Delores and brother Bernie.
To our family and friends, thank you for all your kind words, prayers and hugs. To the staff of MacGillivary Guest Home and Celtic Court, thank you for making Aggies last years safe and comfortable. To the staff of Palliative Care you truly are Angels on Earth.
Aggie is now in the arms of her dear Frank…
