We regret to announce the passing of Ruth Reardon, with her loving family by her side, at the of age 95 on July 18, 2018.
Born on June 12, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Alice and Ernest Matthews.
Ruth will be missed by her 4 daughters Shirley, Alice (Wayne) Burchell, June, Loretta (Michael) Crisp, as well as her son Charles Jr. Also by her 8 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her loving husband of 62 years Charles, grandson Paul, 4 brothers, 8 sisters. Ruth was the last remaining member of her siblings.
There will be no visitation by request. A Funeral Service will take place on Sat. July 21, 2018 at 2:00pm at Carman United Church with Rev. Stephen Mills officiating. Interment will take place at Brookside Cemetery. If desired, donations in her memory may be made to the Miner’s Memorial Manor or Carman United Church.
