Born in Fall River, a daughter of the late Joseph and Elvira (Millrick) Medeiros, she was a lifelong resident of Swansea.
A graduate of Joseph Case High School, she worked at the former U.S. Record Company in Somerset for many years and as a Home Healthcare Aide.
She was an animal lover, enjoyed playing cards, visiting Twin River Casino, and most of all spending time with her family.
She is survived by two sons; Michael F. Goyette of Swansea and Paul M. Goyette of Seattle, Washington, one brother; Michael F. Medeiros and his wife Sharon of Swansea, two granddaughters; Brea M. Goyette and Madison R. Whiting, two nephews; Brett and Greg Medeiros, and her best friend Gert Reed of Fall River.
Her Memorial Service will be held Friday, March 2, 2012 at 12NOON in the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMROIAL TRIBUTE at BIRCHCREST, 189 Gardners Neck Road, Swansea. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours prior to her service from 10:30AM to 12:00NOON. Contributions in her honor may be made to the Swansea Ambulance Corps 285 Wilbur Avenue, Swansea, MA 02777 or to the National Breast Cancer Foundation 2600 Network Blvd. Suite 300, Frisco, TX 75034. Burial private.
