John Lundstrom

John A. Lundstrom, age 70, of Swansea, died Thursday, June 16, 2011 in Charlton Memorial Hospital. Born in Fall River, a son of the late John and Rose Eve (Petrin) Lundstrom, he was a longtime resident of Swansea.

A Veteran of the United States Army, he worked as a supervisor for Globe Manufacturing for many years. He was a member of the Don Carlos Club and was an avid New England sports team fan.

He is survived by one daughter; Carolyn Craveiro and her husband Scott of Swansea, longtime companion; Rita Medeiros of Swansea, two sisters; Pauline Silvia and Lorraine Mello both of Berkley, two brothers; Edward Lundstrom of East Providence, and Thomas Lundstrom of Fairhaven, and grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Private arrangements are in the care of the Waring-Sullivan Home of Memorial Tribute at Birchcrest, Swansea.
