Anne was the loving wife of Arthur E. Irwin, to whom she had been married for the past four years. She was also the widow of Richard E. Marshall, her beloved husband of 15 years.
Born in Orléans, France, Anne moved to the United States with her family 60 years ago. In her earlier years, she worked as a secretary for the United States Army in France. After relocating to the U.S., Anne worked as a cafeteria worker before pursuing a successful career as a real estate agent, a profession she dedicated herself to for many years before retiring. In retirement, Anne continued to stay active and found joy in driving a school bus for the Bristol-Warren School District.
Anne was an active member of the First Congregation Church in Swansea and passionate about spending time outdoors, working in her yard, and caring for her garden. She cherished her "babies"—her dogs—and treasured the moments spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Anne is survived by her husband, Arthur; her daughters, Michelle Doyle and her husband Greg of Florida, and Laurie Marshall and her fiancé Scott Nichols of Swansea; her grandchildren, Kyle Coelho of Missouri, Ryan Eastwood and his wife Krystal of South Carolina, Kenneth Coelho III of Swansea, Chandra Eastwood and her companion Mike Anctil of Swansea, and Meghan Ferreira and her husband Danny of Swansea; as well as six great-grandchildren.
Her family will miss her deeply, but she will always be remembered for her love, kindness, and the joy she brought to those around her.
Private services are in the care of Waring-Sullivan Home at Birchcrest, 189 Gardners Neck Road, Swansea, MA 02777.
