Born in Lethbridge, Alberta, on March 20, 1921. Peacefully passed away in her sleep on January 1, 2018 at the Royal Columbian Hospital, New Westminster, B.C. Predeceased by son Terry and husband Wendell. She will be sadly missed by her sons Pat (Carol), Tim (Allyson), Dennis, and daughter Wendy Joanasie; twelve grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 14 at 11:30 a.m. at Como Lake United Church, 535 Marmont St., Coquitlam. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your favourite charity.
