Extremely sad to hear of Jeff's passing.   I was a customer of Jeff for a number of years within the Pattison Group, and enjoyed the time we spent working together as well as the social times, spent.    We shared many laughs and I found that his spirit was uplifting when you were with him.    Condolences to his family and other friends.

We enjoyed knowing Jeff during his childhood years in Belleville. As part of the Moira teacher group of youngsters, we loved the companionship of Jeff and family at the sandbanks, parks and birthday parties. Our hearts go out to Bill, Jeannie and Alison with love at this time. Jeff will always be in our fondest memories.  Pete, Larraine Roulston and family.

Dear Uncle Bill, Aunt Jeannie, and Alison … Know that I am so sorry for your loss, which is my loss as well albeit not as intense. I share Rosemary’s memories listed here. I recall him, as an adult, kindly figuring out how to allow a friend of mine attend one of our family events long ago. Interestingly, Jeff’s nickname-giving and inappropriate joke-telling are very similar to those of my partner’s (Terry Page) view of what is humorous (they may have become friends if they had met).  - Love, Linda XXXOOO

Hearing from Jeff, about his health challenge just weeks ago, shocked and saddened me. I first met Jeff about 16 years ago when he “stole” one of my clients, but then paid it back by purchasing vehicles from me, for that same client. The mutual respect that developed, turned into a business friendship and trust that is hard to find in the automobile industry today. Although we didn’t have a social friendship, Jeff and I would chat at least weekly...usually to catch up on some deal in the works, but the call always turned to everything but business, including stories about family and life, the Blue Jays, NBA and most anything going on in professional sports, or reminiscing about what our business was like 20 and 30 years ago. These chats were seldom short...sometimes an hour or more because Jeff was never short for words. 

My deepest condolences to Clara, Sawyer, Jeff’s extended family and the entire JPL family.

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of a very special person who was like a son to me. I know he will be missed terribly by all. My heart and prayers are with you all during this very sad time. He will remain in our hearts forever.

Jeff drove with me on a car rally and it scared the crap out of him, I said “Jeff we didn’t even leave the parking  yet, calm down”   He was a terrible passenger when I was driving.

I am at a loss for words....  as I am just so shocked to hear this sad news.  
I had the great pleasure to meet Jeff at least 12 years ago as I became the fleet contact at TNG Canada and Jeff was our Acct Exec.  He was so great to work with, always looking for solutions to issues with a positive attitude and great sense of humor.  We shared so many stories about traveling and family.  I always enjoyed lunch with Jeff when i was in Vancouver.  He was so very proud of his kids, he will always be watching over you...

We are so incredibly sad about Jeff’s death. What a tragic loss for us all.
My husband Tom had only met Jeff a few times, but I, being one of his older cousins have happy family memories of holidays together. I have shared two of my favourite pictures from our Jacobs’ grandparents’ home in Mt. Brydges Ontario. Remembering Jeff not only as the successful man that he became. But, as the funny (Jeff’s humour has been mentioned many times) child who became that wonderful man. I like to think grandmother and grandfather (and my mother) have already welcomed him into heaven. We are so saddened at your loss. This is a beautiful tribute to Jeff that so accurately reflects his larger than life personality and he will be so sadly missed. He was so proud of his kids, and with good reason - they are both pretty amazing individuals.

This is a complete shock and I don't know where to start. I have known Jeff for around thirty years and first met him when I worked at the Pattison Group and we leased a vehicle from JPL. Over time I got to know him personally and always looked forward to meeting up with him so that I can hear more of his stories.  He always had a smile on his face and a joke to share.  He was so proud of his kids Clara and Sawyer and always talked about his time spent with them.  He was a great salesman (I would say car salesman but he openly admitted that he didn't know much about cars!) and was always there to take care of anything that came up.  He was a solid guy and I am going to miss him.

Mike Lind here invited me to play hockey for the Metro Ford Rangers. This is where I first met Jeff back in 2002. Out enjoying one of our many rounds of golf over the years.

Nov 2022 Vegas Road Trip... laughter all day, all trip long.  Had to have a photo in front of the Hersheys Kisses store. Yes its an inside joke 😉

Sunday 7am Tee Time??? I'm sure you can imagine Jeff's initial reaction. 🤣 But he and Sawyer made it out. Fun day although Sawyer was out driving me all day.😉

I am still in shock with the news of Jeff's passing. We spent many afternoons on the golf course together and Jeff was always cheery and happy and always had a few stories to share. He was always sharing his kids' accomplishments and was always very proud of everything they did. 
I was client to start but got to know Jeff well over the years and will dearly miss his company on the golf course and his passion when it came to his job. 
Condolences to the Jacobs family and the JP Lease team. Jeff was great friend, an exeptional salesman and a very proud father.

Every time I ran into Jeff, he had a smile on his face. Always quick with a joke and a handshake. He spoke highly of his son Sawyer. Jeff will be truly missed. Rest easy, brother ♥️

To the Jacobs Family and the Pattison Lease family.  Please accept my deepest sympathy for the loss of such a positive, fun and happy father, friend and colleague.  Jeff and I shared games of golf, love of the Leafs and many deals over the last 19 years.  He will always bring a smile to my face at the very thought of him. Thanks for the memories JJ.

Jeff was a loyal and dedicated friend and we are truly devastated by his passing. 

We miss his mischievous smile, his sarcastic wit, and the way he made us laugh. 

We have fond memories of lobster fest, his steak and shrimp dinners, fishing at the lake, and making “smoes” by the fire. We loved his impromptu visits, watching sports with the boys, and all of us singing along to Coolio, Young MC and Millie Vanilli among others.

We send our deepest condolences to all of his friends, and family. We are so sorry for your loss.

I met Jeff just a little over a year ago and was the most vibrant and outgoing individual . Talked a lot about auto and golf, he loved watching sports especially football. Fantasy . This has been sad news to hear I’m privileged to have known him and called him a friend . My condolences to his family and loved ones during this difficult time ❤️

We are so very very sorry to hear about Jeff. He was certainly full of life. We recall Jeff, as a youngster, splashing wildly in your pool on Golfdale Road. And at least one successful Bay of Quinte fishing trip. A lot of great memories.

We send our deepest condolences.  This is difficult news to accept.  My heart aches for those that knew him best.
I knew Jeff thru my work for the duration of 12 years.  He definitely was funny and had things going for him.  He was so proud of his family and in our last conversation, he shared his daughter's accomplishments when she graduated this year.  He sounded his happiest.  This will be the memory I will have of Jeff.

I hope you have many memories of Jeff to cherish.
