Pre-deceased by her loving husband, Jimmy and son Gordy.
Survived by her loving family Wilma (Terry) Deane and Wanda Walker.
Will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Jamey, Tony, Jeremy, Kristina, Kevin, Ashley, Jeffrey, Aaron, Gary, fifteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Born in Falkirk, Scotland and as a War Bride came to Canada in 1945, and started her family as well as a singing career in Vancouver. She was the voice of the Woodward’s $1.49 jingle which played for many years and starred in the T.V. series called “Some of Those Days” back in the 60’s. She also sang at the Press Club on Beatty Street for 17 years. She earned her Star in the Pioneer’s category at the B.C. Hall of Fame of Music which was one of her finest achievements.
