Rene passed away peacefully on Wednesday June 22, 2016 at McKenney Creek in Maple Ridge at the age of 100 years old.
Predeceased by her loving husband John Ewing.
Survived by her children Bill Ewing (Lin), Nancy Hoult & John Ewing. Beloved "Gog" to grandchildren, Kim Byford, Kerri Parry (Greig) Kathi Walz, Kendall Hoult (Nadine), Connell Ewing, Michelle Sauve (Yves) & predeceased by Lori Ewing.
Great-grandmother to Kyle, Kevin, Kellie, Amanda, Elizabeth, Brooke, Anni, Jenna, Daneille, Maelle, Mylene Taylor and Dani. Step-grandmother to Amanda, Jenna & Grant. Great-great grandmother to Kaileah & Tyler.
Even near the end she was smiling & laughing with her loving family by her side. She was an amazing woman who lived an amazing life and will be deeply missed by us all.
