RANDALL, William Fredrick, 94, of Surprise, Arizona, passed away on March 27, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fredrick W. Randall and Greta Pelerin Randall. He is survived by his sons, Douglas W. (Gwen) Randall and David F. Randall. A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 02, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Surprise Funeral Care, 16063 W.
