POWERS, William Howard, 70, of Surprise, Arizona, a United States Army Veteran, passed away on June 07, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, S. William Powers and Opal Mae Bickford Powers. He is survived by his beloved wife, Ann M. Barry Powers; his loving children, William W. (Kari) Powers of Glendale, Arizona, Elizabeth (Matt) Kelly of Seattle, Washington, Katie Rogers (Bryce Runkel) of Bloomfield, Colorado, and Andrew Rogers Aurora, Illinois; grandchildren, Kaitlyn Powers, Cassidy Powers, Mave Kelly, and Aemon Kelly; brother, Rick Powers; and nephew, "RJ" Powers. Arrangements are under the direction of Surprise Funeral Care, in Surprise, Arizona. The Committal Service with Military Honors will be held on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at 10:00 AM, at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, Arizona.
