Robert E. Miller

Robert E. Miller, 81, of Surprise, AZ, passed away on October 25, 2012. He was a 1959 graduate of the University of Nebraska, a member of Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity and was a well-known Denver Landscape Architect for 42 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Flora Miller, four sisters and one brother. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Sandra Miller, children, Jeff (Robyn) Miller, David Miller, Susan (Jack) Howard and Jacquelyn (Darrell) Watters and seven grandchildren, Erin, Austin, Scotty, Travis, Shelby, Tess and Jack. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 28, 2012 at 3:00 P.M. with a Memorial Service at 4:00 P.M. at Surprise Funeral Care, 16063 W. Bell Rd., Surprise, AZ 85374. Interment will take place on Friday, November 2, at 11:15 A.M. at Ft. Logan National Cemetery in Denver, CO. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
