We are saddened to learn of Jim’s passing. He was our salesman when we built our home in Sun City Festival. We loved working with him and appreciated his frank and honest opinions in assisting us with choosing our home options. 
May Jim’s family find peace and comfort in knowing how many lives Jim touched. RIP Jim! 🙏🏻

Is this the Jim Dowling that was sales manager for Pulte Homes in Sun City Festival?  I can’t find info about whether this is the the Jim Dowling we know and admire.

My husband and I are deeply saddened by Jim's passing.  He assisted us  when we were looking at the Del Webb Festival model homes.  He was very knowledgeable and willing to answer our questions through the process of considering the area for our home.  Please accept our condolences at this sudden and difficult time.
