SALAZAR, Frank, 62, of Surprise, Arizona, passed away on December 08, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Reyes Salazar, and Marie Jesus Berumen Salazar. He is survived by his beloved wife, Diana Fonseca Salazar; his loving children, son Aaron Salazar; and daughter Bianca Salazar Holderman, and son-in-law Douglas Holderman; his sisters Yolanda Nagel, Stella Pineda, Gloria Cisneroz, and Rosie Salazar-Miranda; and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Abel and Toni Fonseca. A Visitation will be held on Friday, December 15, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, at Surprise Funeral Care, 16063 W. Bell Road, Surprise, Arizona. A Funeral Mass is scheduled for Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 10:00 AM, at St. Clare of Assisi Catholic Church, at 17111 W. Bell Road, Surprise, Arizona. Interment will be at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, at 9925 W. Thomas Road, in Avondale, Arizona, on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 12:00 PM.
