My Jimmy was many things to many people. He is my husband and the father of our two children, Nikolas and Maria. Jimmy was an honorable and giving man, he will be remembered for his great generosity. Jimmy had the foresight to see and fill in a need, it was something he never tired of. He did this in secret, so that his God would get the glory.
Jimmy was in the restaurant business for 55 years, owning an operating many restaurants throughout his life. We worked side-by-side for many years, raising our two children and successful businesses.
My Jimmy temporarily leaves behind his faithful wife and two beautiful children, four grandchildren and is reunited with his parents and our savior Jesus Christ. Until we meet again, Matia Mou
