Damien Lawrence Serrahn, 16, of Surprise, Arizona, passed away on June 15, 2015. He is survived by his parents, Lawrence C. Serrahn, and Delia Hoke; his sister, Isabella Hoke; his great-grandmother, Ana Castilla; his grandparents, Manuel Serrahn and Judith Castilla Serrahn, and Elaine Hoke; his god-parents, German Cortes and Diana Gaitan; his aunts; Sandy Hoke, Kisha Hoke, Mailina Hoke (Eric Jaume), Sylvia Hoke, Sabrina Hoke (Greg Brown), Luz Marina Castilla, Rocio Castilla, Esmeralda Castilla, Elizabeth Cortes; his uncles, Jason Hoke, and Frankie Hoke; cousins, Jared Hoke, Jeremy Jaume, Justine Jaume, Julian Jaume, Carolina Cortes, Jessica Cortes, Oscar Cortes, Gisselle Romero, Jacob Hoke, James Hoke, and Fabian Gaitan; his girlfriend, Jasmine Berthold; and all his friends, teachers and classmates, at Willow Canyon High School. Arrangements are entrusted to Surprise Funeral Care. There will be a Memorial Service on Friday, June 19, 2015, at 5:30 PM, at St. Clare of Assisi Catholic Church, at 17111 W.
