Bernadette Agnes Jaroslawski, 69, of Surprise, AZ – BJ, to all that loved and knew her. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to so many, BJ passed away on October 1, 2012. She was born on January 22, 1943 in Detroit, Michigan to John and Frances Budziak. She was an Occupational Therapist, until her retirement in 1999. BJ is survived by her beloved husband of 49 years, Ted Jaroslawski; her loving son, John Jaroslawski; and loving daughter, Jennifer (Robert) Charney; four dear grandchildren, Shane, Korin, Nicholas and Natalie; one brother and one sister. A Memorial Gathering and Luncheon will be held from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Sunday, October 7, 2012 at Arizona Traditions Ball Room, 17221 N. Citrus Way, Surprise, AZ 85374.
