DUENAS, Amelia C., 73, of Yigo, Guam, passed away in Surprise, Arizona, on February 17, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Juan Cruz Cruz, and Maria Merfalen Ignacio Cruz; brothers, John, Manuel, Edward, and Francisco. She is survived by her husband, Thomas N. Duenas; her children, Joaquin (Jerlyn) Alcantara, Maria (Tommy) Aguon, Anthony Alcantara, and Roland (Jovita) Alcantara; step-children, Thomas (Bernie) Duenas, Angelina (Juan) King, Vincent Duenas (Lisa Cabedo); Marcia (Don) Toves, Eugene Duenas, Reina Duenas (Jesse Patao), Tanya Duenas (Toby Barcinas), and John (Mona) Duenas; brothers and sisters, Maria C. Rivera, Jose (Debbie) Cruz, Ann (Victor) Reyes, Lorenzo I. Cruz, and David Toves; and sisters-in-law, Annie Cruz, Josephine Cruz, and Junie Cruz.
