Walter Patten

Walter Patten age 83 born August 26, 1926 in Memphis, TN died May 23, 2010 in Peoria,AZ. He leaves a wife Joyce, son Wayne & daughter Deborah, 4 grandchildren and 5 great grand children. There will be a Memorial Service on Thursday May 27th at 1 p:m at Sunland Mortuary located at 15826 Del Webb Blvd Sun City, AZ. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

"To my dear family"

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight,

remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.

The day that I had to leave you, when my life on earth was

through, God picked me up and hugged me and he said,

"I WELCOME YOU" and you had a good life and were loved

by friends and family.

God gave me a list of things that he wanted me to do and on

the top of the list was to watch and care for you. When you

lie in bed at night, God and I are close to you in the middle of

the night. I'm closer to you now than I was before. There

may be many hills to climb, but together we can do it one

day at a time.

When you are walking down the street, and you have

me on your mind, I'm walking with you and and will always be

there and when its time for you to go from your body to be

free, remember you are coming here to me and God.
