Phil was married to his wife, Amy (Keine) for 51 years. They originally met when they were 12 years old, but started dating in high school when they worked together at the Bay Village, Ohio, Dairy Queen.
Phil attended The United States Air Force Academy, The Ohio State University and The American Graduate School of International Management. His early career centered on accounting and financial management and finished with an entrepreneurial Vending and Coffee Service enterprise.
Phil loved to travel and worked in several international sites. He was especially fond of France, its people and its sauces.
He is survived by his wife Amy: sons Scott (Tiffany) and Christopher; five grandchildren, Christopher, Cash, Ruby, Callie, and Calvin Miller. Phil deeply loved his family and will be missed forevermore.
