Orval Lee Boyd was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Orval passed away on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at the age of 77. He was the last surviving child of John Boyd and Helen Marie Boyd. Orval was born February 4, 1944 in Newtown, Missouri. At a young age, he served his country as part of the United States Army in the Vietnam War. After his service, he moved to Colorado, where he met his loving wife, Barbara. They were married in 1978 and together they had 3 children – Scott, Matthew and Kelly.
Professionally, Orval was a computer programmer, but truly enjoyed spending time with his family, wood working and hiking/camping.
Orval is survived by his loving wife, Barb; sons, Scott (Melissa), Matt (Tabitha) and Kelly (Gillian); and grandchildren (Cole, Cody)
Orval will be buried at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver, CO.
