Megan Lily Maiorana

Our beloved Megan Lily (nee Hodgkinson), affectionately known as "Meggie", was taken from us suddenly and tragically on the evening of March 22nd, when she was a passenger in a single vehicle car crash in Goodyear, Arizona.

It is impossible, through our profound grief and sorrow, to find the words to adequately describe our beautiful daughter. Megan was a sweet, kind, thoughtful and caring soul who will be desperately missed every day by all her family and friends, both in the US and the UK.

Megan is survived by parents Julia and Nick, sisters Roxanne (Kiran) and Verity (Brad), grandparents, niece Lily and nephew George, and extended family in the UK. Megan was a devoted wife of 9 years.

Thank you to Alyssa and the staff at Sunland Memorial for the sensitivity and respect shown to our family and Megan during her time at the funeral home and at the cremation service.

Private "Celebration of Life" events for Megan will be arranged during the coming months for family and close friends in Strongsville, Ohio, and the UK.

One of Megan's life loves was Remi - a large blue-grey Great Dane who thought he was her personal lap dog. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to any local service dog organization.
