Mary Margaret Guinn

Age 90, passed away on December 29, 2013. Mary Margaret was born in Pesotum, Illinois, where she grew up on a farm. In 1942, she married Albert D. Guinn. The two were married for 71 years. Because her husband was in the Air Force, Mary Margaret lived many places including Germany. Mary Margaret received her bachelor's degree from Sonoma State University. She taught typing at Travis Air Force Base in California. In 1971 she and her husband moved to Sun City, AZ. Mary Margaret's death follows her husband's death by 25 days. Even death could not part them for long. Mary Margaret is also preceded in death by her son Douglas A. Guinn. She is survived by her grandsons Don and Erik Guinn and four great grandchildren. Visitation will be at 9:30 AM, Sunday, January 5, 2014 at Sunland Memorial Park and Mortuary, 15826 Del Webb Blvd., Sun City.
