Margaret was born in San Francisco on July 14, 1952, to Angela & Benjamin, she was the sister to loving siblings. As time went on while living in California, Margaret earned a college associate degree conquering a major goal she set for herself. As time went on Margaret was a proud mother of one son Reginald (Gino). Despite her large family, Margaret always made time for everyone, she raised her son with respect, love and devotion in Chicago, Illinois with her significant other, a U.S Veteran. Reginald (Uncle Regg) and her both enjoyed begin around family and friends, but most of all giving love and joy to their son Reginald (Gino), As time went on Reginald (Uncle Regg) was laid to rest and Margaret went on with the grace of god’s help, as Margaret came to the decision to leave Chicago and start a new beginning in the state of Arizona with her son Reginald (Gino) and family, where Margaret made countless of friends and accomplished working as a supervisor for CBI Security Company.
Margaret was a very loving grandmother to her only grandson Matthew and a loving mother-in-law. She was also known for being a loving woman with a motherly grace. Many people considered Margaret their second mother. She cared deeply for everyone. She did this not out of obligation, but because of who she was, she was always the first to offer to help, and she always ensured that whoever crossed her threshold was safe, healthy and happy.
On December 28, 2022, Margaret Ortiz got her wings and went to fly with the angels. Margaret Ortiz passed away peacefully at the age of 70 years old, our family is grateful to know that Margaret is finally at peace.
Margaret is survived by her son Reginald Miller (Gino) and her grandchild Matthew Miller. Her loving siblings' sisters and brothers. Her loving nieces and nephews and her great nieces and nephews.
A memorial & celebration of life for Margaret will be held Sunday, February 5, 2023 at 11:30 AM at Sunland Mortuary Lakeside Chapel, 15826 N Del Webb Blvd, Sun City, AZ.
