Margaret Mary Dougan

Margaret Dougan, passed away in August of 2022 at the age of 91. She was a 30 year resident of Sun City where she made her home with her husband Fred whom preceded her in death. She leaves behind three children, eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren and three stepchildren. She also leaves behind two brothers and one sister, out of a family of 8 children.

Margaret was devoted to her family and to her faith, often still cooking meals for her family on Sundays when the family would get together. She was not frivolous but always managed to have things in the kitchen with the purpose of helping others, as was her way. Her kind, generous and loving demeaner, coupled with her faith allowed her to help others in need, this she did without expectations but from her heart. A true wife, mother and friend. A kind person who always put others before herself.

Kindness, generosity, family, helpful and loving, are the words most spoken to describe Margaret.

No frills, as were her wishes, there will be no funeral or viewing.

She will be placed with her husband Fred at The National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.

Margaret was truly loved and shall be missed always and forever.
