Ken attended school in Clay Center, KS and after graduation went on to Central Bible Institute in Springfield, MO. He became an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God in 1954. He was credentialed for 66 years and served many Churches, the Race Track Chaplaincy of America and Orchard Ranch RV Park before retiring at the age of 85. Many people found a relationship with God through his ministry.
Ken was preceded in death by his father and mother, as well as his sister. Ken leaves behind a great host of family and friends including his wife Sharon Swenson of 26 years; his children Cal (Cindi) Swenson, Galen (Patti) Swenson, Tami Grief, and James (Nicole) McCluskey; his 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Ken was blessed with many friends that he met throughout his life while here on Earth.
