He was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy (Rappana) Johnson, daughter Jean Koebler and son Donald Johnson; brothers, Wilbert Johnson, Robert Johnson, Einard Johnson and Ralph Winamaki; and sisters, Esther Gersbacker and Ruth Graham.
John will be missed by his children, John ‘Ken’ (Carolyn) Johnson, Doug (Linda) Johnson, Carol (Steve) Chambers, and Gerald Johnson and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at the American Lutheran Church of Sun City, 17200 N Del Webb Blvd., Sun City, AZ 85373. Burial will follow the service at Sunland Memorial Park-Faith II, alongside his wife Dorothy.
