Clara "Billie" Palmer, was born in New York on February 18, 1917 and passed on at the age of 101 on February 2, 2019 in Olympia, WA. Her funeral service will be held graveside on Mondy, March 11th at 10AM at Sunland Memorial Cemetery, 15826 Del Webb Blvd. Sun city Az.
Clara's parents were Jennie & Leo Barber. She attended the University of Virginia.
She is preceded in death by her Husband Howard Clarence Palmer and children Lynn Smith (2009) and Bonnee Fleisher (2018). She has to remember her 3 grandchildren Kellie Ashton, Brian & Steele Fleisher along with 4 great grandchildren. She was kind and loving person.
