I knew Brian when working at the ASRS and have a lasting memory of what a nice person he was.  I was sad to hear of his passing, he will be remembered and missed.  My sincere condolences and heartfelt prayers to his family for your loss.  May you hold your fondest memories of him in your heart forever.

I am so sorry to hear of Brian's passing.  He was so nice and friendly and always said hello when I was working at ASRS.  Your in my prayers at this most difficult time.

I remember meeting Brian through my daughter, Courtney.  He was always so nice to me when I visited from Minnesota!  I was saddened to hear of his passing.  😢. My heart is hurting for you all.  

Brian was a friend and co-worker, this news is sad and hard to comprehend. At work he was my mentor and always added clarity to all problems and ideas. We studied together for our PMP and we went to a conference in Washington D.C together. On our trip we spent a couple of days touring and laughing. I learned that Brian did have a specific pallet but also a sophisticated one.  One of my favorite memories was when walking all day and I was walking too fast he kept making jokes that I was trying to leave him behind. Well now he has left me behind, he has touched my heart and will forever be missed. 

Brian had a sharp analytical mind and an uncanny ability to quickly untangle financial puzzles. No issue was too big or too small for him. He was always willing to take on a new project.  For several years I had an office next to Brian’s mother’s office. Brian and his brother brought her a cup of coffee every morning and frequently shared lunch with her in her office. It was an amazing act of love. Rest In Peace Brian, and May your memory be a blessing to your family and friends. 

Dear Brian and your loving family: You are a very special person, to so many of us. I knew you in several ways - some fun ways, some intellectual ways, and of course in business ways. I always enjoyed working with you - you never complained - but rather nodded, smiled, and chuckled happily. I remember your happy chuckle and will think of it often. Thank you for being special, and for being Brian.
 
Paul Matson

Brian was a great friend, both at work and away from work for the past 15 years. Most recently he helped me through a tough time by just being there when I needed him and providing guidance when I needed that too. I’m a better person because of Brian. I was so looking forward to hanging out again once the pandemic passed. My thoughts and prayers are with his parents, brother and extended family. Let me know if there’s anything you need.

Brian was one very smart and sweet young man. Such a sad loss to all that knew him. Prayers and hugs to his mom, dad and brother. So hated to hear this. 

Brian's laugh will forever be missed. He made the last 10+ years of working together better with his unexpected, well-timed, snarky remarks! The best moments were when he'd say something under his breath no one else could hear and we'd lock eyes, fighting not to laugh out loud at the private joke no one else got to experience. His brilliance at his job is irreplaceable... but it's his personality that will be deeply missed. Rest in peace, Brian

Brian was a "once in a lifetime" type person.  So kind and funny.  He made everyone he crossed paths with feel important.  I don't know of anyone who didn't feel very attached to him, just by knowing him.  He was an inspiration and just a completely amazing person.  My heart goes out to his family, knowing that the hurt of his loss is even greater than the hurt of his closest friends and all of us that were fortunate enough to know him.  He's the kind of person that leaves a huge gap in the world by leaving it.  Even though my husband, David, left the ASRS, he remembers Brian very fondly.  They took many smoke breaks together and even continued to have smoke breaks when he would come to visit me at the ASRS.  We are going to truly miss him.  Brian's time was MUCH too short.
