Barbara Jean Courtright, 66, of Sun City, AZ passed away from colon cancer on 12/28/15 with her family at her side. She was born in Lima, Ohio on 10/28/49 and lived in Ohio, Texas, and Arizona. She loved life and made sure everyone she knew was happy and taken care of. Her life was all about her family and friends but she also loved working in the insurance world. She is preceded in death by her parents James and Mable (Burnett) Treece. She leaves behind her husband James Courtright; son and daughter-in-law Gary and Unmi Heinzke; daughter Ashley Heinzke; son Brian Heinzke; also her step-children who she thought of as her kids, stepson and wife Scott & Tonya Courtright; stepdaughter Stacy Courtright; her adored grandchildren Jasmine Heinzke, Alexia Heinzke-Kelley, and step grandchildren Sydney and Zoey Courtright. She is also survived by her sister and brother-in-law Betty & Dario Birsa, brother and sister-in-law Bill Treece and Kim Bingman; niece Janie Bailey and nephew Mario Birsa. Memorial services will be held at 8:30am Saturday January 2nd, 2016 at Sunland Memorial Park 15826 Del Webb Blvd, Sun City, AZ 85351.
