Richard H Forman II

Richard H Forman II Born May 26th 1942 - Died October 4th 2012 Rick (Pop) went "HOME" from his home to be with Jesus after a long battle with cancer. He was continually surrounded by his family and had lately expressed his desire to "GO HOME" many times. Although it hurts us to see him go, we are so happy for him. He was preceded in death by his wife Jeannie and his parents Dick and Dorothy Forman. He is survived by 5 sons, Richard III and wife Thomasina, Kevin and wife Twila, Jamie and wife Genecel, Todd and wife Loni, and Shawn and wife Kelly, and stepchildren Kelly Pugh and wife Yung Sum and Shannon and husband Bob Wagner. He also has 21 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Calvary Community Church, 15116 Gary St. E., Sumner WA 98390, at 11:00am on November 17th, with reception to follow.
