Wanda Mae Carroll

She was a native of Crowley and was a longtime resident of Sulphur.

Survivors include her sons, Charles Bailey Carroll and wife, Ora of Sulphur, and Mark Cameron Carroll and wife, Georgianna of Hereford, Texas; her sister-friend, Zelma Free of Sulphur; her brother, Joseph "BB" Comeaux and wife, Carol Ann of Sulphur; eight grandchildren, Ryan Carroll, Jane Booth, David Carroll, Holly Carroll, Amanda Garcia, Tera Sue Carroll, Tommy, and James; eighteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren, with one on the way. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Cameron Carroll; her parents, Joseph and Dora Comeaux; and her siblings, Claude Comeaux, Lee Roy Comeaux, and Myrtle Young.

Her funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18, in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. The Rev. Michael Linton will officiate. Interment will be in Big Woods Cemetery in Edgerly.
