Survivors include her children, Art Hartzog, Jr. and wife, Brenda of Sulphur, and Barbara Cormier, Kay Burchard, and Ken Hartzog, all of Lake Charles; 9 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Art Hartzog, Sr.; and a son, Tommy Hartzog.
