Bob spent his career in the industrial supply business and retired from Genuine Parts Company as a branch Manager in 2008. He loved working on and showing his antique truck and classic corvette. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Debbie Thompson; children, Jennifer Molitor and husband, Allen of Westlake and Robert Jared Thompson of Sulphur; sister, Sandra Interiano and husband, Migel of Delhi, LA; grandchildren, Harlie Kay, Cole Wiley and Sean Joseph Molitor; and his beloved pet, Buddy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert F. and Ruby Thompson.
His funeral will be 12noon, Friday, July 18, 2014 at Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will begin Friday 10am until service time. Burial will be in Mimosa Pines South. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.hixsonfuneralhomes.com.
