Molly Ellen Duraso

She was a native of Winnie, Texas and had been a resident of the Sulphur-Edgerly area for 30 years. Molly enjoyed playing pokeno and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a devoted member of Antioch Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband of 30 years, Paul Duraso of Edgerly; her father, Dalton Royer of Texas; her daughter, Christian Edwards and husband, David of Sulphur; her son, Dakota Duraso of Edgerly; three sisters, Tracy Stansel of Texas, Amanda Nunez of Oklahoma, and Samantha Royer of Texas; two brothers, Matthew Alvarado and Mitchell Royer, both of Texas; and two grandchildren, Hannah Paige Duraso and Ariel Adell Edwards.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Nancy Royer-Alvarado.

Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday, May 18, in Antioch Baptist Church in Edgerly. The Rev. Russell Beard will officiate. Burial will be in Big Woods Cemetery under the direction of Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be held in the church from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 8:30 a.m. until the time of service Friday, all in the church.
